Welcome to Pogether ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Pogether mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pogether.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parent or legal guardian permission to use the App.

2.2. Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

• Users can join or create virtual study rooms ("Rooms").
• Room creation requires Premium membership or tickets.
• Room participation requires tickets.
• Rooms can accommodate up to 300 participants.
• Room creators have moderator privileges for their rooms.

4. User Conduct

4.1. Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Share inappropriate or offensive content.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the ticket or gold systems.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Prices vary by region and are displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• Cancellation must be done through App Store/Play Store settings.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for Terms violations.
• Access to premium features ends immediately upon termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including all content and features, is owned by Pogether.
• Users retain ownership of their own content but grant us license to use it for service operation.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
